Our signature class series, designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Everyday One
A foundational flow perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a balanced, moderately challenging practice. Expect fundamental poses, clear guidance, and a stretch + sweat that feels “just right.”
→ Great for: Newer practitioners, or anyone seeking a confident, accessible class experience.
Everyday Two
For intermediate yogis who want to flow, sweat, and go deeper. This gold-standard class challenges strength, balance, and flexibility in equal measure—always guided by breath and ease.
→ Great for: Intermediate practitioners who enjoy working their edges.
Everyday Three
This workshop-style class includes arm balances, inversions, core work, and transitions. Develop skill, strength, and playfulness alongside like-minded yogis.
→ Great for: Dedicated practitioners and advanced students.
Everyday Gentle
A slower, more nurturing version of our flow. Ideal for pregnancy, recovery, injury, or anyone who needs to soften. Supported by props and thoughtful pacing.
→ Great for: Prenatal/postpartum students, older adults, those healing from injury or burnout.
Everyday Mindful
20 minutes of seated, guided mindfulness. No postures. No pressure. Just breath, stillness, and presence.

Strength-focused classes to build a resilient, high-functioning body.
The Workout
Workout One
A straightforward strength-training class using kettlebells and bodyweight movement. Emphasis on proper form, core strength, and consistency—so you feel energized, strong, and confident for the long run.
→ Great for: Beginners to strength training, returning exercisers, busy professionals.
Workout Two
A higher-intensity, structured program for functional muscle, endurance, and breakthrough results. Designed to balance hormones, boost mood, and unlock performance.
→ Great for: Regular exercisers, athletes, or anyone ready for serious results.
The Retreat Practice
A 2-hour, once-a-month retreat-style class with Sam + Cath
A deeper drop into your practice. Like a seasonal reset, this expansive experience allows you to slow down, explore new territory, and reconnect in community. Expect movement, partner assists, and layered flow—all guided in Sam’s signature teaching style.
Best suited for: Experienced, enthusiastic practitioners
Investment: $55 (included in memberships + 2-week intro special)
