  • You can book your private session online through our scheduling system in MindBody. Simply select session type, choose your preferred instructor, and pick a date/time that works for you.

    • Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultations – Holistic nutrition guidance based on Ayurveda to support digestion, energy, and overall well-being.

    • For yoga privates: Bring a mat, comfortable clothing, and any personal props you typically use. We also have studio props available!

    • For workouts: Wear athletic clothing and shoes, and bring a water bottle.

  • Yes! We offer multi-session packages at a discounted rate for those looking to commit to ongoing private sessions. You can purchase and book your package directly online or contact us for assistance.

    • 24+ hours before your session: You may reschedule or cancel your session without penalty.

    • Less than 24 hours before your session: The full session fee will be charged.

    • No-shows: The session is charged in full, with no credit or refund.
