The Power Path is for those who are ready to feel stronger, build momentum, and get back into a rhythm that challenges you without burning you out. This path blends strength training and dynamic yoga in a way that’s energizing, and deeply effective.
Recommended Weekly Rhythm:
Monday & Friday → The Workout 1
(Strength-focused kettlebell sessions for all levels)Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday → Everyday 2 or 3
(Dynamic, breath-driven yoga flows with heat + challenge)Saturday → Optional Flow or Active Recovery
(Stretch, reset, or repeat a favorite from the week)Sunday → Rest or Reflect
(Take the day off, or revisit a gentle stretch or meditation)
