This routine helps you develop stamina, resilience, and a centered confidence you can carry through the season ahead.

The Power Path is for those who are ready to feel stronger, build momentum, and get back into a rhythm that challenges you without burning you out. This path blends strength training and dynamic yoga in a way that’s energizing, and deeply effective.

Recommended Weekly Rhythm:

  • Monday & FridayThe Workout 1
    (Strength-focused kettlebell sessions for all levels)

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, & ThursdayEveryday 2 or 3
    (Dynamic, breath-driven yoga flows with heat + challenge)

  • SaturdayOptional Flow or Active Recovery
    (Stretch, reset, or repeat a favorite from the week)

  • SundayRest or Reflect
    (Take the day off, or revisit a gentle stretch or meditation)
